Elastic necklace from my Tablewear collection. Each necklace is handmade from vintage melamine trays with a unique pattern on each side which makes the necklace reversable. The colourful elastic can be adjusted in length by moving the two sterling silver rings at the sides. By adjusting the rings you can also move the pendant so that it can be worn to the side giving it even more versatile wearability.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION: The Tablewear Collection begins its new life from a myriad of vintage trays predominately from the 1950-1980s. Usually outdated, unwanted and relegated to lurking in charity shops or in some forgotten cupboard in Granny’s house. It brings back familial, nostalgic memories that are hidden within the melamine graphic print and this connection is made by the realisation of the history behind the original material.
